The State (Columbia): Tuesday, September 18, 2001 Nellie Hooks NICHOLS (--) Services for Nellie Sellers Hooks, 93, will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at Meares Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Riverside Cemetery. visitation will be 7-9 this evening at the funeral home. Mrs. Hooks died Monday in Marion County Medical Center. Born in Robeson, N.C., she was a daughter of the late George W. and Lonnie Howell Sellars. She was a member of Wannamaker Baptist Church. Surviving are daughters, Marie Huggins, Virginia Grainger, Judy Cole; a brother; two sisters; seven grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren.
