The State (Columbia): Thursday, September 20, 2001 Effie Jackson DILLON -- Services for Effie Jean Cope Jackson, 71, will be held at 4 p.m. today at Cooper Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Greenlawn Cemetery. Ms Jackson died Tuesday. Born in Marlboro County, she was the daughter of the late Sidney Kissler Cope and Effie Jane Kirby Cope. She was a member of Fellowship Baptist Church, and was a merchant. Surviving are her daughters, Barbara Jackson Minshew and Linda Jackson Skipper both of Dillon, Sidney Young Jackson of Rowland, N.C.; seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
