The State (Columbia): Sunday, September 16, 2001 Gertrude Raiford DILLON -- Graveside services for Gertrude F. "Gertie" Raiford, 85, will be held at 3 p.m. Monday in Greenlawn Cemetery. Visitation is from 7-9 tonight at Kannaday's Funeral Home, which is in charge. Mrs. Raiford, wife of W. Lewis Raiford, died September 14, 2001. Born in Dillon, she was a daughter of the late Fleming Bethune and Lula Anna Harper Finnegan. Mrs. Raiford was a member of the Pilot Club, FCL Club, and the Main Street Methodist Church in Dillon. Surviving are her husband of Dillon; daughter, Bonnie Jackson of Rowland; one grandchild; two great-grandchildren.
