I have found where a Susannah Temple married a Vincent Salmon here in Robeson Co NC on February 16th 1790 by one Lawrence Wood Esqr. Vincent Salmon appeared to have lived near the presentday town of Marietta, which is about 1/2 mile across the state line here in Robeson Co NC. I know that Temple is a Dillon/Marion Co SC name. According to records this Susannah Temple, or Susan as she was known, was born about 1763.
