Cooper, 75, will be held at 3 p.m. today at the Chapel of Richardson Funeral Home with burial in Devotion Gardens. Mrs. Cooper, widow of Clyde Cooper, died December 1, 2001. Born in Horry Co., she was a daughter of the late James and Laura Alford. She was a homemaker and attended Open Door Baptist Church. Surviving are son, Terry Cooper; daughters, Cheryl Baxley and Faye Evans; sisters, Gertie Dix, Leathea Graham and Geraldine Sellers; seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by brothers, T.L. Alford and Donnie Alford.
