This is an obit from THE STATE. Unfortunately, I did not recored the date. Mrs. Addie A. Branton Brittons Neck Mrs. Addie Alford Branton, 90, widow of Willie Branton, died Sunday. Born in Marion County, she was a daughter of the late Jack and Mary Jane Richardson. She was a member of Nebo Baptist Church. Surviving are sons, Ned Alford of Gresham, Leon Alford of Marion, Lincoln Alford of Myrtle Beach and David Alford of Brittons Neck; daughters, Mrs. Aubry (Eva) Richardson of Brittons Neck and Mrs. Estelle Sellers of Garden City, a brother, Eddie Richardson of Brittons Neck; a sister, Mrs. Archie Turner of Marion; grandchildren; great-grandchildren; and great-great-grandchildren. Services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Nebo Baptist Church, with burial in Reedy Creek Bajptist Chuirch cemetery. The family will receive freinds from 7 pm to 9 pm today at Goldfinch Funeral Home of Conway.
