NICHOLS | Mr. Donald Webb Mincey Sr., 80, died Tuesday, May 19, 2009 at Mullins Nursing Center. Mr. Mincey was born in Horry County, a son of the late Walter Dew and Nan Floyd Mincey. He was a Korean War Veteran and a retired heavy equipment mechanic in Charleston County. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Betty Lois Rockwell Mincey of the home; three sons; one stepson; and four grandchildren. Graveside services will be held 10 a.m. Thursday, May 21, 2009 in Riverside Cemetery of Nichols. Family will receive friends from 6 until 8 p.m. Wednesday, May 20, 2009 at Meares Funeral Home of Mullins.
