    1. Re: [SCMARION] Collins-Jolly-Brown genealogy..Colleen here..
    2. I apologize if this is a duplicate, but it didn't appear to go through on my end. Cathy Hi Colleen, have you seen the "Jolly History" website or know about about it? It is _jollyhistory_ (http://www.rootsweb.com/~flalachu/jollyhistory.htm) or _http://www.rootsweb.ancestry.com/~flalachu/jollyhistory.htm_ (http://www.rootsweb.ancestry.com/~flalachu/jollyhistory.htm) Since one of the family members is listed as being buried in Mullins, SC, you probably connect to this family. While I don't know anything about the family members you spoke about, I do know that this Andrew Absolam Jolly moved from Marion District, SC at the same time my GGGrandfather, Labon Price did and I would not be surprised if they travelled together. They were neighbors in Marion District SC and had children in the same country schoolhouse at the same time. Then by 1860 they both appear in Florida. They lived not far from each other even though one lived in Alachua County and the other lived in Putnam Co., FL, as the crow flies it is only about 4 or 5 miles. I would imagine your Jolly line connects somehow to Andrew Absolam Jolly and his brother who's name I have forgotten (it may have been Joseph) but he is buried in a cemetery in Hawthorne, Putnam Co., FL and you may be able to find that gravestone online. I think he was born around 1818. Since these men seem to be a generation older that the ones you are looking for maybe they are a stepping stone to help out. Good luck! 1. Re: [SCMARION] Collins-Jolly-Brown genealogy..Colleen here..
    2. Hi Colleen, have you seen the "Jolly History" website or know about about it? Good luck!
