Mrs. Jones was a member of Springdale Baptist Church and was retired from Harris Teeter. Surviving are her husband, Wade G. Jones, Sr. of West Columbia; daughters and son-in-law, Vicki and Jay Lowder of Eastover, Patty Cade of Columbia; sons and daughter-in-law, Robbie Cade of Batesburg, Griff and Patsy Jones of Columbia; step-daughters, Brenda Smalley of Houston, TX, Linda Davners of Kilgore, TX; sisters, Betty Orvin and Margaret Malphrus, both of St. Stephens; brothers, Harvey Richardson and Allen Richardson, both of Moncks Corner, Billy Richardson of Orlando, FL, Danny Richardson of Columbia, and Jimmy Richardson of Kingstree; thirteen grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Mrs. Floyd was born November 11, 1932, in Horry County, a daughter of the late Wade Hampton Richardson and the late Bessie Roberts Richardson. She had worked with Heritage Sportswear and was employed with Allread’s Corner Grocery. Surviving Mrs. Floyd are: a daughter, Barbara F. Jackson of Marion; a son, William Floyd of Nichols; 11 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; a brother, Mayberry Richardson of Jacksonville, Fla.; and three sisters, Esterline Collins of Carthage, N.C., Airvee Williamson of Galivants Ferry and Ila Floyd of Dillon. Mrs. Floyd was predeceased by an infant son, Andrew, a son, Tom Floyd and two sisters, Bessie Brigman and Frances Allread. Burial will follow in Red Hill Memorial Gardens Cemetery, directed by Cox-Collins Funeral Home. Lloyd was born August 25, 1990, in Mullins, a son of Lloyd Watts, Jr. and Allison Pack Watts. He was a 10th grade student at Mullins High School. Lloyd was an avid skateboarder and fisherman. He loved to draw and write poetry. Lloyd was a member of Gapway Baptist Church. Surviving Lloyd in addition to his parents of the home are: a sister, Courtney Watts and a brother, Christopher Watts, both of the home; a special brother: Dwayne Martin; his maternal grandparents: Nick and Mary D. Pack of Mullins; his paternal grandfather: Elwood Watts of Marion; and his paternal great-grandmother: Ozroe Watts of Marion.     2. MULLINS — Mrs. Rebecca D. “Becky” Summey of Mullins passed away at her residence on April 15, 2006, after an extended illness. She was predeceased by her husband, Gordon, of 40 years. Becky was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. W.H. Darby and was born in Morganton, N.C., on March 10, 1922. She is survived by a loving and caring daughter, Anne (Bryant) Welch of Florence and their son and favorite grandson, Stan Harrelson of Columbia; a son, Gordon (Debbie) Summey of Spartanburg and 5 other grandchildren. She is also survived by 6 very loving and caring caregivers who treated her like their own mother. They are Marshall Williams, Mildred Shaw, Annette Platt, Charlene Lee, Margaret Weeks and Mamie Kinney. Also, a loving Home Health Nurse, Rhonda Sanders. She was very active in the Mullins Presbyterian Church until her illness. Visitation will be Tuesday evening from 7 til 8 p.m. at Cox-Collins Funeral Home. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 19, in Devotion Gardens Cemetery, with Rev. Jason Brewer and Rev. George Ganey officiating. Mr. Burgess was born February 11, 2006, in Jonesville, S.C., a son of the late George and Ella Burgess Stone. He retired from the Santa Fe Railroad in Chicago, Illinois, after 34 years of service. Mr. Burgess served as a corporal with the U.S. Army in World War II. He was a member of the VFW.
