Mougoudgh Jane Jones married Thomas Daniel Hodges in 1872 in Jefferson Co., Ala. She was born near Rome Ga., Thomas Daniel Hodges had married her sister Elizabeth Susan Jones in Jefferson Co., Ala in 1858, first, she was born in South Caroline. The Jones sisters parents were Dorothy May and Manon Green Jones. The Family believes that there were some Indian blood some place but not sure where. MJ Jones/Hodges also wore Calico Dresses. They lived and died in Jefferson Co, Ala. There are buried at the Old Hodges Cemetery in Brookside/Republic, Alabama. Thomas Daniel Hodges' father was Leroy H.
