THE authoritative source for the Richard Owings line from Maryland in the 1690's into Laurens County in the early 1700's with a branch (mine) into Kershaw county by 1750 is Addison Owings book on Richard Owings Fanily. We are trying to put together a group of 50 or so people to cost justify the reprint of the 3rd Edition (1985) of Addison Owings' book of Richard Owings Family from Baltimore.
