SC Queries Reply Here: http://genconnect.rootsweb.com/gc/USA/SC/Laurens/226 Surname: McKnight, McNight, Sharp, Rosamond, Nesbitt ------------------------- Looking for information on Andrew McKnight who was born in SC in latter part of 1700's, lived in Laurens Co. and migrated to Mississippi through AL ca 1820's to 1830's and was possibly married to Elizabeth Nesbitt. It is thought that his parents were Abigail and Andrew McKnight whose will is found there in 1789. Any help will be appreciated. Also looking for information on the family of James Rosamond of Laurens Co whose brother was Capt. Samuel of Abbeville. Both brothers had Rev. War connections with Capt. Samuel being more prominent. Capt. Samuel married Sarah Hodges whose family were from that area also. Hodges, SC is named for some of this line. Thanks for any help. Ruth Menhel
