William WATTS was born around 1903 and Inez would have been born around 1906. They had three children James Willie (born c.1924), Queen E (born c.1926) and Mary Q (born c.1928). James Willie married Rosa Etta MCDOWELL sometime between 1940 and 1944 in Laurens. I am not sure when William and Inez WATTS would have married.
