Signed 5 April 1805 by James Burnside. Witnessed by W. T. Burnside, Thos. Burnside. Proved by Wm. T. Burnside 14 Dec. 1813. Recorded 13 Dec. 1813. Annexed plat: 130 acres on a branch of Beaverdam, part of a tract granted to John Fillpot conveyed 24 Mar. 1805, shows plat bounded by James Burnside and Wm. Burnside. Also in the Motes book page 207, Deed F-444 includes "Wm. Burnside, J. P. 3 Feb. 1797." (J.
