Deed Book T, page 288, 1873, has Matilda Andrews selling 95 acres to W. F. Medlock. (Deed mentions daughter Mary Medlock). Borders W. N. Andrews, and John Kay. This same property is later resold as Deed U-634, 1877. W. T. Medlock sold 95 acres on a branch of Reedy River to W. L. Woods. Borders W. A. ? Andrews and John Ray ?. ( I don't know about the discrepancy between W. A. and W. N. Andrews). There are 2 other deeds that help to identify this property. Deed T-187, 1872, has Matilda Andrews selling 177 acres on west side of Reedy River to W. N. Andrews. Deed mentions her "homestead". Bordered east in part by Reedy River, lands of the east of T. J. Sullivan, dec., and John Kay. Deed T-85, 1872, has Emma Stone, Salera Tollerson, Jane Tayler, and Hura ? Kay selling 125 acres in Reedy watershed to W. L. Woods. Borders Matilda Andrews, Mary A. Taylor, and W. L. Woods. ----- Original Message ----- From: "C. W.
