Alex married Hattie Putman on or about Sept 1906, in Arkansas. Hattie was born in French Camp, Ms. Her grandfather was Charles Putman, born in Laurens, SC in 1834.Her grandmother was Essence Jane. Great Grandfather was James Putman, born in Laurens in 1803, and married to Elizabeth Hughes. Great-Great Grandfather was William Abner Putman, born in Laurens in 1774, and was married to Mary Mitchell. Alex is my Great Grandfather. I welcome any interesting feedback on the Putmans' listed above also.
