Deed Book K, page 278, 1819. Geo. Brownlee transferred "my part of 350 acres" on Beaverdam Branch to John Brownlee. Bordered T. Richardson, widow Burgess, Geo. Wharton, and Andrew Burnside, being a tract subject to distribution between widow Brownlee and heirs of Joseph Brownlee, dec. My notes show a Deed C-357 on Beaverdam Branch of Little River that mentions Joel Burgess. I cannot find the details of that deed in my notebooks. Deed B-293, 1788, is described in the Motes Book on page 195. Richard Robinson sol 150 acres on Beaverdam Creek of Little River to Wm. Donahoe.
