Hi, I wonder if anyone there in Lancaster could give me some help. I am trying to find any information on Richard Bailey, born 1791 in Lancaster and moved to Hartwell, Ga. sometime in the early 1800's. His father was Kanady Bailey and I need proof that they were father and son. I have tried all that I know to do at this end, I think the information is there in Lancaster.
