Kinseeker, John R. Rodgers was born in Chester District in 1814. Parents are unknown to me. He married Priscilla Jane Riggins. I believe her father was Nasa Riggins and that her mother's name was Mary. John R. and Priscilla Jane Riggins Rodgers move to York County sometime in the 1840s. Can you add anything?
