Well, the bad news is that I could find no mention at all of William Elmore ROBERTS in this census. Plenty of families with that surname, but nobody with that given name. Now, the good news.........I found your HINSON folks. They lived next door to each other in Flat Creek Township, which would indicate that they were most likely related. I do know that my BLACKMON family is tied up there with them.
