Debbi, I couldn't find either Outlaw or Holley in Lancaster Co, 1850 census. I did find a Holleyman. In the 1850 Chesterfield Co, Census I found several Outlaw's and several Holly's. Is there any person inparticular you are looking for? Valleri Kelley [email protected]
