My Massey census listing which contained information on searching archives may have been misleading. I was referring to the archives messages to the SCLANCAS list and others which may be found at www.rootsweb.com then scroll down to Search Engines, click on Interactive Search of Mailing Lists, then type in Name of List such as SCLANCAS (our list) or a surname. Then you can search by year of all the archived messages. I apologize if it was interpreted as meaning the South Carolina Archives.
