I have a George Washington Cook b. in S.C. in 1816, marries in Georgia a Mary b. in Ga. in 1819. I have been looking for years for his ancestors. He moved to Texas after 1860, because he is in the 1870 Census in Tyler Co., Tx., and in the 1880 Census in Polk Co. Any information that you have would be helpful. Thank you.
