Looking at the Clark census entries, a Henry Clark is not listed as Head of Household. Yet a Henry Clark appears in the 1830 Census in Lancaster ( none found Anderson County SC). The following Clark entries have a free white male, age 16 - 26.. range where Henry would be listed. Daniel Clark Eli Clark Absolom Clark Alston Clark Burrell Clark Since first recorded child Agnes Lavinia Clark ( married a Harbin) was born 1819 , would seem Henry b. 1799 and Sarah b. 1799 were married and had one child by 1820 census. Looking at households above to eliminate any without wife/child right age we are left with Eli Clark Absolom Clark By 1840 and 1850 Henry and his family are in Anderson Co. SC. I am interested in touching bases with anyone researching this line of Clarks. Sure would like to pin down who Henry's father is and Sarah's last name.
