Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/rw/XeB.2ACI/1474.1.1 Message Board Post: Thanks. I didn't have a date on Frederick Joyner, but 1754 sounds about right as he served in the war for 65 days between 1779 and 1781. Do you have any idea who he married? It seems that every generation named their children the same!!! John, Frederick or William!! My Elizabeth Joyner would have been born about 1760 but I don't know who her parents were. There were deed records exchanging land between her husband John Stephens and Frederick Joyner. Question: Was he father, brother or other relative?--Katherine Stephens

As my husband only has memories, yes I am related by marriage. Luther and Martha had like 21 children, and James D. was the youngest, ever heard of Pilzer, Spartanburg County S.C.? James D. married Lou Nellie Brown from Knox County, Barbourville Kentucky. She was the daughter of John Brown & Eliza H Saylor. I don't know time period. But the two living sons of James and Nell are in their fifties and both live in Indiana.
