My Lancaster family begins with Betsy McManus (born abt. 1846) and her children, Jackson Richmond, John W., Marietta, Harriet and Rachel Abigail. Nathaniel Bibby & his father John lived in Lancaster Co SC on 1790 census John Bibby's wife was named Jane Ruth (John & Jane---real clues) Nathaniel Bibby was b. c1763, probably close to the disputed area of Lancaster Co SC; he married Elizabeth Leggett before 1795. Thier first child was John Leggett Bibby.
