I am looking for a birth certificate for my grandmother, Rosa Mae BURCHAM, born June 11, 1890 in Gallia County, OH. She was married to James Ira Yates and she lived in Jackson, Jackson County when she died on December l, 1973. Her father was Richard Burcham born Feb 2, 1856. I have no further information on him. Any suggestions appreciated.
