Joseph Shoemaker was born 16 June 1826 in OH. He died 14 Jan 1910 in Athens, Athens Co, OH. On 15 Jan 1849 he married Virginia Garrett in Ross Co, OH. They lived all of their married life in Green Twp., Ross Co. In the 1880 census Joseph stated that his father was born in Oh and his mother in VA. In 1900 he said that his father was born in Massachusetts and his mother in VA. Joseph may have had a brother Henry. Looking for anything that would help me to determine his parents.
