I am searching for the burial place of WILLIAM SMITH DEMENT and his first wife MALINDA (THORNBURG) DEMENT WILLIAM SMITH DEMENT died 5, September 1890 in French, Scioto Co., Ohio. MALINDA (THORNBURG) DEMENT died 22, May 1871 in Union Twp., Scioto Co., Ohio. Later members of this family are buried in Mershon Cemetery but if they are buried there the headstones are gone. I also have checked a little Catholic Cemetery in what was the town of French but found nothing there. Does anyone have any information on the two above people???????? I have some information on the DEMENT line but nothing on MALINDA THORNBURG. Any help will be appreciated!!!!!! THANK-YOU!!!!!!! Carleene Roe.
