My ggggrandmother's name was Melissa MOTT (presumably from Kentucky and then Portsmouth, OH). My gggrandparent's names were Silar MILAR and Mahalah MOTT. One of their daughter's, my ggrandmother, was Melissa MILAR (born 28 Sep 1869, Van Wert, OH), who married Thomas David GRIMSHAW (born in Portsmouth, Scioto County, OH, on 12 Jan 1865) marriage date: 22 Dec 1886; parents: Esther TRITT and John Wesley GRIMSHAW).
