Seeking further information on Isaac DeVoss who died 5 Sept, 1842, in PIKE COUNTY, OHIO, and who married Delilah DeLong in 1835, not sure of where, as well as information on any of their children. Am the great-great-grandson of a Solmon S. DeVoss, who with his brother Allen, moved to from Ohio to Tippecanoe County, Indiana in the 1840s and are believed by some to have descended from an Isaac DeVoss of Ohio, county unknown. We are wondering if this is the same ISAAC DE VOSS of PIKE COUNTY. Any information would be appreciated and will share what little information we have.
