Hi! I am researching the Titus family. The farthest back I have gotten is to a Tetus Titus who married Polly Johnson. His second wife was Rhoda Taylor. Tetus Titus, I believe, was born about 1750 (? where) and died in1829 in Scioto County, Ohio. I would love to know when he moved to Scioto County and from where he came. Tetus and Polly's children are Lydia, John, Susan, Hannah, James, Stephen, Arthur, Rebecca, Sally (Sarah) and Elizabeth (Betsey). Some of these children owned land in Scioto County, Ohio northeast of Portsmouth in the early to mid 1800's. Any info on this family or any other Titus' would be appreciated.
