If you ever decide to go to library, you have a better chance of using the viewer if you make an appointment. I travelled 92 miles, and was on it a little, and was asked to get off, even though there were a couple who were using 2 other viewers who made an appointment. I kinda refused and was given a rules paper for the viewers. So, I kinda created an uproar, but will know the rules next time. Here they are: 1. Users may sign up for a time on any of the readers in person or over the telephone through the staff member working the info and/or reference. 2. Persons reserving times will not be reqired to show or give their libvrary card #'s. 3. Time slots run for one hour. Reservations must be made on the hour. 4. Reservations for the readers will be held for ten minutes. After 10 minutes, that person's time is forfeited and the next person may use the reader. 5. One person may schedule only two, nonconsecutive hours per day. 6. Time may be scheduled for no more than one week in advance. 7. One person can schedule no more than four hours of time per week. Hope this helps someone like me, who expects alot. Thank you, Judy
