I have found a marriage application for a Susannah PRATT and a Joshua RICHARD(S) dated 4 Nov 1876 in the Probate Court, Scioto County. It is not certified as being completed which I understand happened occasionally when the marriage performing official failed to turn in his completion record. Does anyone have any information that a marriage resulted and a family existed or as to what may have happened. Susannah is an Aunt that I am trying to find information for her family.
