I sw a message to the effect that some of Ross County, Ohio was once Pike County. Would anyhone in Pike County have the time or ability to look at census records for 1820? I am still trying to learn where my gggrandfather Luther Maynard was before 1830. He had a twin - Martin Maynard - and both of them were in Ross County by 1830, according to marriage records I have found for them, but cannot find either one in 1820.
