Hughes, Hugh(of Henry) and Polly Spangle had children: Ephraim m. Lucinda Hungerford, Thornton, Sarah Ann, Elizabeth, Susan, Mary, Rebecca Ann, and Ellen. This family moved to Jersey Co., Il ca 1840. Hungerford, Lucinda b.1820 in Scioto Co, OH. Parents unknown, but other Hungerfords in Scioto Co. were James H. Hungerford m. Susan Coryell 1819, Horace Hungerford m. Jane Coryell 1819, and Mathew Hungerford in Washington Co., OH 1805. Coryell - in Scioto, Highland, and Adams Co 1810. Spangle, Henry and Susannah - born "Prussia", in Scioto Co. ca 1800. Children: Jacob m. Sarah Johnson 1816, Elizabeth m. ? Irwin, Mary/Polly m. Hugh Hughes, Susannah m. Elias P. Rogers, Sarah m. Stephen Simmons, Henry m. Margaret Jacobs 1829, George m. Priscilla Utt 1839, Nancy m. Ferrand Gardner, Lydia m. N.B. Lucas, Catherine m. John Vinson, and Rachel. This family moved to Jersey Co., Il about 1830-32.
