But concentrating on SHOEMAKER, there is a SAMUEL SHOEMAKER, in my 1870 census book, with a children (ELIJAH) listed as: PAXTON TWP; 116 SHOEMAKER, SAMUEL FARMER 40M -/110 OH ELIZA 25F KH OH JAMES 6M OH THOMAS 5M OH ELIJAH 3M OH HENRY 3/12M(FEB) OH I would have to verify this furthur, but this is what I have sofar.
