Does anyone out there know where Cecelia, Scioto County was back in 1881 I think it was somewhere around Wheelersburg Ohio. I remember reading about it in one of the Scioto County history books. Where was Lilly, Scioto County & Waits Station Scioto County located at? Does anyone know where I can find out information on William (Willie) Born who drowned in Pine Creek back in 1907.
