Does anyone have the 1990 census for Scioto County that is willing to do a look-up for me. I am looking for a John PENN and his wife Lula. John lived in Scioto County earlier in the 1890's. He went to TN in 1898/99 where he married Lula HOLT. I cannot locate him in TN in the 1900 census and need to know if he returned to OH. If anyone can check this for me I would be most appreciative. I do now have access to this census where I live. I meant 1900 Census
