Barbara Ann Daniels Floyd, age 73, wife of the late R.H. Floyd, of Good Luck Road, died Monday, May 24, 2010 at her residence. Mrs. Floyd was born in Horry County, a daughter of the late Billy and Isla Elvis Daniels and Burroughs Rabon. She was a member of Berea Baptist Church.She was a retired Teacher's Aide with Horry County School District and a lifetime farmer. In 1994 Horry Electric named her Rural Lady Of The Year. Surviving are four daughters, Brenda Nelson and husband Jerry of Conway, Sheila Worrell and husband Randy, Pam Doyle and husband Joey, and Debbie Franklin and husband Kevin all of Aynor; one son, Dennis Floyd and wife Cathy of Aynor; six grandchildren, Richard Floyd, Heather Graham, Lauren Doyle, Megan Worrell, Lindsey Doyle, and Hayden Franklin; five brothers, Thomas Daniels, Lamar Rabon, Forest Rabon, Bennett Rabon, and Marshall Rabon; three sisters, Felicia Hucks, Eva Jean Elliott, and Clara Rogers. Funeral services will be held 4:00 PM Wednesday at Berea Baptist Church with Rev. Johnny Jenerette officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 PM Tuesday at the funeral home.
