Diane B. Lewis, age 60, of French Collins Road, died Tuesday, May 18, 2010 at Conway Medical Center. Mrs. Lewis was born in Horry County, a daughter of the late Etha Brown. She earned an Associates Degree in Business from the Horry/Georgetown Technical College. Mrs. Lewis was a program supervisor with the SC Employment Security Commission for over 30 years. She was preceded in death by a brother, Randall Holden. Surviving are her husband, Norwood Lewis of Conway; one son, Jody Lewis of Conway; one daughter, Dr. Ginger Lewis Jacobs and husband Jarrette of Conway; one brother, William "Billy" Brown of Moncks Corner; one sister, Wanda Brown of Conway; one granddaughter, Skyler Brooke Jacobs; and special cousin, Mary Ann Sessions. Funeral services will be held 1:00 PM at University Baptist Church with the Rev. Douglas Newton and Rev. Dennis Lewis officiating. Burial will follow in Hillcrest Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 PM Thursday at the funeral home.
