    2. Betty Jane Jordan Hucks, 84, of Antioch Road died Wednesday, September 29, 2010 at Conway Medical Center. She was born September 17, 1926 in Conway, a daughter of the late Charles H. and Eva Mae Thompkins Hucks. In additions to her parents, she was also predeceased by her husband of thirty-five years, Jessie Hinson Hucks; two sons, Jessie Junior Hucks and Charles Henry Hucks; one daughter-in-law, Loretta Hucks; two sisters, Edna Mae Skipper and Elizabeth Calhoun and two brothers, K. W. Jordan and L. C. Jordan. Betty was a very loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend to all. She loved going to church and serving her Lord for over forty years at Free Worship Free Will Baptist Church. She enjoyed gardening and cooking for everyone and keeping others children for many years. Mrs. Hucks is survived by one son, Leverne "Smokey" Hucks (Rhonda) of Conway; one daughter, Linda Faye Hucks Richardson of Conway; five brothers, Burnie Jordan of Conway, Lynwood Jordan (Vernice) of Florence, Donald Jordan (Harriet) of Aynor, Ronald Jordan (Iris) of Conway and Alonzo Jordan (Dawn) of Conway; two sisters, Carolyn Skipper of Conway and Diane Martin (Willie) of GA; eight grandchildren, Steven Hucks (Nancy), Teddy Hucks (Cindy), Alisa Lawrimore (Bobby), Randy Hucks (Shannon), Dean Hucks (Renee), Darren Hucks (Julie), Tammy Peavy (Bubba) and Sherry Richardson; twenty-two great grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren and many other family and friends who will miss her. The family will receive friends at Watson Funeral Services from 6:00 pm till 8:00 pm Friday, October 1, 2010. Funeral Services will be held 3:30 pm Saturday, October 2, 2010 at Watson Funeral Services Chapel with Rev. Greg Cannon and Rev. Arthur McElveen officiating.
