Nancy Patricia "Patsy" Anderson, 76, loving mother, sister and friend, passed away Saturday, October 2, 2010 in Tampa, Fla., surrounded by her family after a long illness. She was preceded in death by her parents, H.G. Strickland and Luna Belle Strickland; brothers, Jack and Guy Strickland; sister, Iris Lee; and daughter, Nancy Curtiss. She is survived by daughters, Christy Bracken, Lynne Butler; son, Eddie Anderson; and sister, Carol Gray; seven grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and many nieces and nephews. Patsy grew up and attended school in Conway, and was a long time resident of Myrtle Beach where she was a member of the Eastern Star and BPOE D.O.E.S. A graveside service will be held 2 p.m. Saturday, October 9, 2010 in Hillcrest Cemetery, Conway. Published in The Sun News on October 7, 2010
