Virginia M. Kroger, 72, widow of the late Lyle Sidney Kroger, died Thursday, October 14, 2010 at Loris Community Hospital. Mrs. Kroger was born in Aynor, a daughter of the late George Washington and Vick Allen Johnson. She was a member of Faith Baptist Church in Aynor. Mrs. Kroger was preceded in death by one brother; and two sisters. Surviving are one son, Carl Kroger and wife, Missy, of Aynor; two daughters, Connie McCullough and husband, Richard, of Loris, Bonnie Tinker of Aynor; five grandchildren, J.C. Williamson, April Williamson, Cody Tinker, Annie Kroger, and Logan Kroger, five great-grandchildren; and one sister, Texie Lee Randolph and her husband, James, of Rock Hill, S.C. Funeral services will be held 3 p.m. Saturday, October 16, 2010 at Faith Baptist Church with the Rev. Tyler Caines officiating. Burial will follow in Berea Baptist Church Cemetery.
