Roland Devon Prince, 79, of Krystal Lane died Tuesday, September 7, 2010 at Loris Community Hospital. He was born January 28, 1931 in Loris, a son of the late Ernest Pender and Julie Prince Faircloth. In additions to his parents, he was also predeceased by an infant son, Wayne Devon Prince. Roland loved his family and the outdoors. Mr. Prince is survived by his wife of sixty-two years, Bernice D. Prince, of the home: one son, David Brian Prince; one daughter, Nancy Olivia Lewis; three brothers; one sister; four grandchildren; eight grandchildren and many other family and friends who will miss him. Mr. Prince requested a Private Graveside Service which will be held Friday, September 10, 2010 at Pee Dee Original Freewill Baptist Church Cemetery.
