James Franklin Rabon, 57, of D Street, died Tuesday, September 14, 2010 at Conway Medical Center. He was born July 31, 1953 in Aynor, a son of the late Francis and Doris Hamilton Rabon. He was also predeceased by a sister, Deborah Rabon. James was a loving husband, father and granddad and will be greatly missed by all. He enjoyed football, especially the Aynor Blue Jackets, and fishing. Mr. Rabon is survived by his wife of thirty years, Jean Underwood Rabon of the home; one daughter, Frankie Gasque (Greg) of Aynor; one stepson, Robert Skeens (Jimmie) of Conway; two stepdaughters, Shelia Skeens of Conway, Elena Huggins of Conway and Sharon Nearhoff (Keith) of Wash.; two nephews, Kelly Rabon (Tammy) of Aynor and Winston Harris (Jessica) of Conway; two grandchildren; ten step grandchildren and many other family and friends who will miss him. The family will receive friends at Watson Funeral Services from 6 until 8 p.m. Wednesday, September 15, 2010. Funeral Services will be held 2 p.m. Thursday, September 16, 2010 at Waccamaw Pentecostal Holiness Church with Rev. Dennis Lewis and Rev. Becky Jones officiating.
