BLUFFTON - Services for Annie Ruth Hickman Lewis will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday in Zoan United Methodist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be held 7-9 p.m. Friday at Cooper Funeral Home. Mrs. Lewis, 75, died Wednesday, August 4, 2010, at Hilton Head Hospital. Born in Horry County, SC, January 5, 1935, she was the daughter of the late Jack Hickman, Sr. and Leola Strickland Hickman. She was a member of Lake Swamp Baptist Church and was the widow of the late Fernie 'Troy' Lewis, Jr. Survivors include her daughter, Joni (Jerry) Strickland of Dillon; sons, Russell Anthony (Lanie) Lewis of Bluffton and Jonathan Hickman Lewis of Bluffton; sister, Betty Rose Shepherd of Galloway, OH; brother, Jack Hickman, Jr. of Loris; 7 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren.
