Dawn Imler Helwagen, 47, died at home Tuesday, December 21, 2010. She was born on November 22, 1963 in Washington, D.C., and grew up in Myrtle Beach. Dawn attended Myrtle Beach High school, class of 1982. She was a member of Grand Strand Church of Christ. She is survived by her daughter, Virginia Helwagen of Flager Beach, Fla.; a parent, Mary P. Imler of Myrtle Beach; and a twin sister, Dianne Imler Bohannon of Myrtle Beach. She was preceded in death by a brother, David Carl Imler, Jr. Memorial Services will be held 2 p.m. Sunday, December 26, 2010 at the Grand Strand Church of Christ located at 2212 Glenns Bay Road, Surfside Beach, SC 29575.
