Conway…..Cecil Louise Lee Jollie, age 85, wife of the late Robert Boyd Jollie, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, November 27, 2010. Mrs. Jollie was born in Conway, a daughter of the late Benjamin Marvin and Leila Delessie Lee. After retiring from AVX in 1985, she served as an adult caregiver for many years. She was a member of Maple Baptist Church. Mrs. Jollie was known by her family as "Grandma 2000" and will be remembered for her special love and dedication to her family. She was predeceased by a son, George Winfred Jollie, a great-granddaughter, Macy Caroline Hardee, two brothers, Joseph Berkley and William Pearley Lee and a sister, Myrtle Russ. A special thanks to Dr. John Wilson, III for his many years of medical service, and to Amedisys Home Health and Amedisys Hospice for their service. Surviving are two sons, Robert Paul Jollie (Pam) and Benjamin Michael Jollie both of Conway, one daughter, Kathy Sue Hardee (Charles) of Conway, one foster son, Lynwood Lee (Zonnie) of North Myrtle Beach, six grandchildren, Cheryl Jollie Moore, Melissa Jollie Pierce (Skip), Robert Bradley Jollie, Wendye Hardee McGuirt (Kevin), Rodney Charles Hardee (Crystal) and William Michael Jollie, two step-grandchildren, Allyson McCracken and Brent Whitt, ten great-grandchildren, Madison, Savannah, Tripp and Kennedy Pierce, Will Hardee and Marleigh McGuirt, Mason and Mack Hardee, Taylor Altman and Devin Jollie, four step-great-grandchildren, Trey, Makayla, Jakeob and Mazie. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Monday at Maple Baptist Church with Rev. Gary Reaves and Pastor David Rickert officiating. Burial will follow in Thompson Memorial Cemetery directed by Goldfinch Funeral Home, Conway Chapel.
