Hope, My name is Lamar Thompson and I have a good bit of info on the Gerralds (all spellings) of Horry. I have a Sarah Elizabeth Gerrald in my files, born in 1855, married to a Lewis (Toby) Tyler. She died 9/5/1920. Her father, by my files, was William (Garrell) Gerrald. This was the first of his line to change the spelling to Gerrald. Not sure this is the same Sarah Elizabeth that you are referencing. How sure are you of the names you have? There could have been another marriage to another Tyler, either before or after, but the birthdate is also 10 years off, which could be an error in the data.
